Dennis has over 25 years of diverse professional experience that includes internal and statutory audits, risk management, corporate governance advisory, operational risk and control reviews, fraud investigations, business advisory and due diligence reviews. His clients are mainly public listed and multi-national companies operating in Malaysia , Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. Dennis’ industry experience covers insurance, money broking, call centre, healthcare, manufacturing, property development, construction, trading, trade associations, tertiary education establishment, hospitality, oil and gas, and facility management.

He was a member of the Professional Development Committee of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia for two consecutive terms and a member of the organizing committee of the 2011 IIA International Conference in Kuala Lumpur. He has given talks on fraud, corporate governance and risk management.


Choo Seng Choon CIA, CMIIA, FCCA, CA (M)

Seng Choon has over 20 years of professional experience that includes internal audit, IPO internal control reviews, risk management, corporate governance, investigations, business process re-engineering, and financial and process due diligence reviews, and financial audits. He has served a wide range multinational and public listed conglomerates clients operating in varied industries, including aviation, construction, property development, timber, media and entertainment, hotel & golf club management, e-commerce, manufacturing, trading, services, expressway and toll operations, general insurance, and oil and gas exploration.

He has led the internal audit of a national airline carrier that provides “no frill” services and has won multiple awards including, “The World’s Best Low Cost Carrier Award” by Skytrax for 5 consecutive years. He has also performed reviews in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 on a public company that specialises in providing cable services throughout the United States of America.

Seng Choon was on the Research & Technical Advisory Committee of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Malaysia for 3 consecutive terms and has presented topics relating to corporate governance, listing requirements of various capital markets and company law to boards of various public listed companies and internal audit professionals. He is also a regular trainer on the use and execution of internal audit methodology and tools.

Seng Choon is actively involved in assisting investment banks to conduct due diligence on the risk management and internal control systems as well as the corporate governance practices of companies going for Initial Public Offering on Bursa Malaysia and other capital markets within  Asia Pacific. In addition to the above, he has previously served as an adviser in the CEO office of another public listed company where he has carried out strategic planning and risk assessments, benchmarking, corporate developments and corporate governance restructuring.
